We accept many kinds of artwork
IDEALLY, we would like to receive VECTOR-BASED graphics with text converted to curves or outlines.
If you created your file in Adobe Illustrator, Illustrator CS, or Corel you’re probably going to have a vector file.
This usually means that the file will have one of the following extensions:
- .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
- .eps
If you can’t manage that, feel free to try sending us files in the following formats (at as high a resolution as possible. We suggest a minimum of 300 dpi).
- png with transparent background
- .psd (Adobe Photoshop CS)
- .pdf (Adobe Acrobat)
- .tiff (especially if it’s a one colour design)
When you put one or more Garments in your shopping cart for Custom Direct To Garment printing, then in the checkout you will be asked to upload your art work at the top of the page.

Yes, you can send us a web image in order to give us an idea of what you want.
However, internet images are teeny weeny so when they’re enlarged to the size you want, they’ll probably look quite “pixelated”or blurry.
Fortunately, we have a great graphic dept. we can bring your ideas to life from pencil scratches to screen snippets. There is sometimes an artwork charge so send us what you have in an email or through our enquiry form amd we can assess from there.
